Book a free consultation — Vietnam Dental Holiday

Book a free remote dental consultation with Picasso Dental Clinic in Vietnam. Submit your photos and OPG, receive a written AUD treatment quote within 24–48 hours. No commitment required.

Your free consultation with Picasso Dental Clinic starts before you book any flights. Submit your dental photos and any existing X-rays, and receive a written AUD treatment plan within 24–48 hours. No deposit, no commitment — the quote is free.

The free consultation is the step that tells you whether the trip makes sense before you book flights. Picasso reviews your photos and any available X-rays, sends a written AUD quote, and gives you an honest assessment of your case — all at no cost and with no pressure to proceed.

How the consultation works

  1. Submit your photos and X-rays. Send a front smile photo, retracted photos, bite photos, and your OPG if you have one. WhatsApp or email are both fine.
  2. Picasso reviews your case. The clinical team assesses your photos against the treatment you are considering. For implant and full-arch cases, an OPG significantly improves the accuracy of the initial assessment.
  3. Receive a written AUD quote within 24–48 hours. The quote lists each treatment line, the material and brand proposed, and the itemised AUD cost. It is the document that lets you compare Picasso with any other clinic on a like-for-like basis.
  4. Decide for yourself. You review the quote, ask any follow-up questions, and decide whether to book. Picasso does not apply pressure or follow-up sales calls.

What to send

PhotoHow to take it
Front smile, natural expressionStand in good indoor light, camera at face height
Retracted front viewUse a spoon or finger to retract cheeks; show both arches together
Right biteCamera facing the right side of your mouth, lips retracted
Left biteCamera facing the left side, lips retracted
OPG or panoramic X-ray (if available)Send as a JPG, PDF, or image file — ask your Australian dentist for a copy

Phone camera quality is sufficient for the initial assessment. If you have a recent OPG from your Australian dentist, include it — implant and All-on-4 cases are assessed more accurately with bone height information.

Time zones — booking your call

If you would prefer to speak directly with a coordinator before or after receiving your quote, the time zone difference is straightforward:

Australian cityLocal timeOffset from HCMC (GMT+7)
Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane (AEST)GMT+103 hours ahead of HCMC
Adelaide (ACST)GMT+9:302.5 hours ahead
Perth (AWST)GMT+81 hour ahead

Australian mornings work well for same-day HCMC afternoon responses. The coordinator will confirm availability when you get in touch.

How to get in touch

WhatsApp (fastest response): Message +84 989 067 888 with your name, Australian city, treatment interest, and your photos. Include a preferred callback time in Australian hours if you want a voice or video call.

Email: Send photos, your treatment goals in plain language, and any X-rays to [email protected]. The coordinator responds with the written AUD quote and any follow-up questions.

Free quote form: Complete the free AUD quote request — the shortest path to a written treatment plan.

What happens after the quote

You receive a written AUD plan by email. It includes every proposed treatment line, the material and brand for each item, the estimated timeline, and the total cost.

You then decide. Some patients book flights within a week. Others take months to consider the plan or get a comparison quote from their Australian dentist. Picasso does not set a deadline or follow up with sales pressure.

If your situation changes — new dental work in Australia, a change in budget, updated X-rays — you can resubmit photos for a revised quote at any time.

About the private health fund claim

Picasso provides a detailed invoice and clinical records after treatment. Most Australian private health funds offer partial rebates on some dental treatment categories under Extras cover, regardless of where treatment is performed. The download guide includes a step-by-step guide to submitting an overseas dental claim on your return. Individual fund rules vary — check with your insurer before travelling.
