Who operates this website

Vietnam Dental Holiday is a patient information and referral service for Australian patients considering dental treatment in Vietnam. It is the trading name for this website.

Treatment is provided by Picasso Dental Clinic, a licensed dental practice registered with the Vietnamese Ministry of Health, with clinics in Ho Chi Minh City and other locations in Vietnam. Vietnam Dental Holiday is the information and referral service only — it is not the treating clinic and is not liable for clinical outcomes.

The content on this website is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute dental or medical advice, diagnosis, or a treatment plan. It does not replace an examination and professional assessment by a qualified, AHPRA-registered dentist.

Dental treatment decisions depend on your individual anatomy, medical history, gum health, bone volume, bite, X-ray findings, photographs, and treatment goals. Two patients presenting with similar concerns may require substantially different treatment plans.

You should not rely on website content alone to decide whether to proceed with veneers, implants, crowns, All-on-4, orthodontics, whitening, or any other procedure. If you are unsure, consult an AHPRA-registered dentist in Australia before making any treatment decisions.

In a dental emergency in Australia, call 000 or present to your nearest emergency department. For urgent dental pain, contact your Australian dentist directly. Do not wait for a response from an overseas clinic if you have facial swelling, difficulty breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, fever, or signs of spreading infection.

No dentist-patient relationship from browsing

Browsing this website, reading an article, submitting an enquiry, sending photos, messaging us, or receiving a preliminary reply does not create a dentist-patient relationship with Picasso Dental Clinic.

A treatment relationship begins only when Picasso accepts your case, the required clinical assessment and in-person examination are completed, and you sign the applicable treatment consent documents at the clinic.

Quotes are provisional, not a contract for treatment

All written AUD quotes issued through the free quote process are provisional estimates based on remote assessment of photos and, where provided, X-rays. Quotes do not constitute a contract for treatment.

Remote review has inherent limitations. Photos and OPG X-rays cannot reveal all clinically relevant information, including hidden decay, gum disease measurements, bite force issues, bone defects, or pathology that requires CBCT or in-person examination to detect.

Your final treatment plan is confirmed by the treating dentist after in-person examination and CBCT review at the clinic. The plan may differ from the quote if new clinical findings require a different approach, different materials, additional procedures (such as bone grafting, extractions, or gum treatment), or a change in tooth count. Picasso will explain any material differences before treatment begins, and you may decline treatment at any point before signing consent.

Website prices are published AUD planning figures. They do not guarantee that your personal case will cost the same as a listed example.

Warranty

Treatment warranties are provided directly by Picasso Dental Clinic as the treating clinic. Vietnam Dental Holiday does not provide or extend treatment warranties.

The warranty document issued by Picasso at the end of your treatment specifies what is covered, for how long, under what conditions, and what is excluded. Warranty terms vary by treatment type and material. Read the warranty page before booking treatment. Do not assume any treatment carries a lifetime warranty — no implant brand offered by Picasso carries a lifetime guarantee.

Vietnam Dental Holiday’s role is information and referral. Liability for clinical outcomes rests with Picasso Dental Clinic as the treating practice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vietnam Dental Holiday is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

  • Reliance on general website information in place of personalised dental advice from a qualified clinician.
  • Travel decisions made before receiving and reviewing a confirmed written treatment plan.
  • Changes to your treatment plan identified during in-person examination.
  • Flight, accommodation, insurance, visa, or other travel disruptions.
  • Exchange rate changes between AUD and Vietnamese Dong or any other currency.
  • Third-party website content linked from this website.
  • Technical interruptions to website availability.
  • Information you provide that is incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law.

Your travel responsibilities

You are responsible for your own travel arrangements, including but not limited to:

  • Passport validity and Vietnam visa or entry requirements
  • Return flights and accommodation
  • Medical and travel insurance (including cover for dental treatment abroad)

Vietnam Dental Holiday may provide general travel guidance for Australian patients, but travel rules, visa requirements, and airline policies can change. Always verify current requirements through official government and airline sources before booking.

If your treatment plan changes after the in-person examination, your travel arrangements may need to change. Build buffer time and flexibility into your trip schedule.

Jurisdiction

Disputes related to use of this website are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes related to clinical treatment are between the patient and Picasso Dental Clinic as the treating practice, and are subject to the laws of Vietnam and the terms of the applicable treatment contract.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any rights that Australian consumers cannot lawfully waive under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, page structure, data tables, price comparisons, and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to Vietnam Dental Holiday and Picasso Dental Clinic.
